Our new community center
Of the amenities at South Shore Village, the crown jewel is LeBlanc Place, where the compass rose directs you to “leave your problems at the door”. The sun filled, climate-controlled atrium, appropriately named the Orca Green House, features a heated saltwater pool and spa, big screen TV, and the Orca Bar, an amazingly detailed replica of the popular vessel from the 1970’s movie, Jaws. LeBlanc Place also houses a secure, well equipped state-of-the-art Health & Fitness Center. The Village Den is set up for a friendly game of cards or Mah Jongg and provides a comfortable setting to host a book club or simply watch an event on the big screen TV. The outdoor patio features pools, a spa, and several fire pits for sunset gatherings. Make your destination LeBlanc Place for a relaxing good time with fellow villagers and friends.

In 2020, Lawrence C. LeBlanc commissioned artisans Dave and Loralyn Biesinger to build the Orca Bar which is located in the community’s exclusive, private community center, LeBlanc Place.
