Directions
From points North:
Follow Route 1 South to South Kingstown. Take right off Route 1 onto Shannock Road just before the Green Hill Beach exit. Follow Shannock Road 1 mile to 4 way stop sign at our entrance. Proceed straight through stop sign into the community. Follow South Shore Village Blvd. and bear right at the community center. Turn right onto Birdie Court. The model center is the first house on your right at 5 Birdie Court.
From points South:
Follow Route 1 North to Post Road/Perryville exit sign in South Kingstown. Turn left onto exit and proceed south on Route 1 approximately .5 miles. Just before the Green Hill Beach exit you will see a road sign that reads Shannock Road next right. Take immediate right onto Shannock Road. Follow Shannock Road 1 mile to a 4 way stop sign at our entrance. Proceed straight through stop sign into the community. Follow South Shore Village Blvd. and bear right at the community center. Turn right onto Birdie Court. The model center is the first house on your right at 5 Birdie Court.
