A Lifetime of Building

Lawrence C. LeBlanc has been building homes in South County, Rhode Island since 1969. His resume is as extensive as his reputation: everyone in the State is familiar with ‘Larry’s’ work, he has built over 5000 custom homes throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and he is distinctly recognized for helping homebuyers build a better life. As a longtime local, LeBlanc wants nothing more than for others to experience the beauty of the area that he calls home: “I am more excited than ever about building a new home community. Our South County lifestyle offers a relaxed and active atmosphere with its gorgeous beaches, and an abundance of area attractions and activities.  There is literally something for everyone here.”

Building homes, for LeBlanc, is the embodiment of community, and family. Describing his strong connection to the new project, he says,“South Shore Village brings me full circle in my lifetime of building. What I find particularly enjoyable is that children of some of my first time homebuyers will be building homes here.”

Although the idea for South Shore Village began in the 1970s; when Leblanc bought the development in 2015, the state knew the project was in good hands.

“I wanted to take the time and do it right,” adds LeBlanc. “Much has changed since I picked up my first hammer, but I have always been committed to complete customer delight and quality homes.  I have committed myself to creating one of the best American active adult communities for those 55 and better.”
