About the Builder

A lifetime of building

Envine, LLC, is a Rhode Island Limited Liability Company. The sole member and manager is Lawrence C. LeBlanc. 

Lawrence C. LeBlanc has been a residential and commercial real estate builder and developer since 1969 and has built over 5000 custom homes throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. His  projects include luxury and starter homes, condominiums, and commercial/retail buildings. He has been  helping homebuyers build a better life for over 60 years. His resume is extensive and his prior projects include: 

Narragansett, Rhode Island

  • Envine Estates Subdivision Mettatuxet – 1969-1970; built 67 entry level homes Rio Vista – 1972 – Built 22 duplexes (44 Units) 
  • Owner/Builder of the Pier Hotel and working with the Gilbane Company regarding redevelopment of  the Oceanside Condominiums – 1983 – Built high end Condos and 66 room hotel  
  • Breakwater Village Condominiums – 1993 – Converted and built infrastructure for 176 Land  Condominiums in former leased land-homes community 
  • Jenckes Farm Subdivision – 2000 – Developed 24 move-up home sites 
  • Riverfront Estates Subdivision – 1992 – Built 118 luxury homes  
  • Northgate Subdivision – 1978-1980 – Built 127 move-up homes and 29 condominiums Schooner Cove Condominiums – 1998 – 2000 – Developed 82 luxury homes
